2. Use of the Service
Raised provides venture capital funding intelligence data for informational purposes only. The data provided does not constitute financial advice. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months. Raised reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, data, and materials on the Service are the property of Raised and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Raised shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
